the old chestnut of importing passwords

Hello all,
I'm new to opera, and giving it a try as opposed to Chrome. I got all my bookmarks over, but can't seem to be able to import the passwords? I exported them from chrome into a CSV file (which is in excel), but can't see how to import them.

I did see some post but all were old, and seemed to suggest the method used at the time no longer works, and I tried it an nothing happened. Any tips greatly appreciated, and I'm not the sharpest computer knife in the drawer (probably why I put up with Chrome for so long) so an idiot proof guide to help me import the passwords would be greatly appreciated.

Enable opera://flags/#PasswordImport
Go to opera://settings/passwords, click on the three dot son the right and then on Import
Point to the file with the exported passwords from Chrome
