@medulla Usually the problem is the limiters, try to disable all limiters or reduce them

What you mean with "limiters"?
The Problem still exits.
I am on Ihre Version:LVL 2 (core: 72.0.3815.487) -

@medulla he means like opera GX has a GX control that controls how much memory and CPU space it takes.

@firefox289
Thank you for explanation.
Right from the start, since I've been using opera gx, the limiters have been deactivated. -

What about the GX browser ??? Suddenly it started to work slow in all kinds of search and navigation. For weeks now with the problem, I uninstall it and reinstall it and it fixes but after a while it gets slow again and the browser sticks ...... Any Solution !!!

Hello, for me disabling battery saving mode, hardware acceleration, and most importantly for youtube, the VPN helped the browser to run perfectly.

Hello! I had the same problem and this fixed:
- Uninstall Opera GX
- Press Windows Key + R, then hit enter and write: "%appdata%"
- Delete the folder named "Opera Software"
- (Again) Press Windows Key + R, then hit enter and write: "%localappdata%"
- (Again) Delete the folder named "Opera Software"
- Restart your PC <--------- Very Important
- Download and Run as Administrator the Opera GX setup
- Done
This worked for me! Please reply if this does not work.

I love Opera GX but the problem is that it takes way to long to load. I tried to sign in to twitch but that wouldn't even fully load so I couldn't get through verification.

I just installed the Browser and finished setting it up, when i noticed youtube would only load in 144p. So I did a speedtest, in Opera I have a dowlnoad of 16MBps, wheras my download with the same Speedtest in Firefox is 105MBps. I already turned of the VPN and some other possibly throttling settings but nothing changed.
