Where is the Home Page setting?

I see nowhere I can set the Home Page. The place it goes when you hit Alt+Home. Like every other browser. I just want any shortcut I can use but preferably Alt+Home since its the norm and I use it with other browsers. I suppose I could set up a keyboard shortcut somehow. I didn't want to use the bookmarks though. Seems odd they would change this. Its normally in the area that dictates what happens when it starts up.

Go to setting -> "At start-up" (or however it's named in English).
There you can set a page to be opened at startup. -

@mathias87 Not sure what version you're using but on my version 71 there's nothing there that can set the Home Page. There are these 3 options:
Begin fresh with start page
Retain tabs from previous session
Open a specific page or set of pagesI need something activated by Alt+Home.
There's probably a way of making a keyboard shortcut but I can't use Alt+Home as that's used by something else (taking you to the Start Page). I realize the Start Page could have my needed Home Page URL but I'm hoping to get there with just Alt+Home.
It seems very odd they would disable this.I don't want the browser to start with any particular page. It must start with a blank page. But I need to access that Home Page later. In other browsers you can usually set the Home Page but then set it to open to a blank page. That's what I need.
