Google blocked my account after logging in with Opera

So, yesterday I logged in to my google drive using Opera for Android, VPN was off. As usual, I got a SMS with a code to verify my google account.

After a few hours my google account is blocked, did it happened to someone else?

I don't have any problem with my gdrive account. Why do you think it is an issue with Opera?

@diezi I think Google might be doing it to stop people using Opera

@nunopiri I would of thought the only reason why google blocked your account would of been if they think thought it was at risk.

google does not intentionly stop other browsers for accessing their services

Same thing happened to me today.

Got on fine with Edge and non-VPN Opera.

Can't find Google's contact info to complain.
