Does Opera's VPN location change?

Suppose you use Opera VPN. I see . Then you log on a forum.

1. If you always pick the same location (e.g. Americas), can forum administrators see you have the same IP address and other details? Or does Opera change the details of Americas? How frequently?

2. What if you create another account on the forum, but choose another location (e.g. Asia)? Can forum administrators figure out that your second account is the same as the first? Is Opera's VPN's Asia location details similar to Americas?

@civona-lim Yes, forums admins should be able to see your IP address given by the VPN server. Can even figure out that you are using a VPN.

Your IP probably changes when you connect to the VPN.

Yes, you can also check your IP location by yourself.
When you select among the available countries, the IP address is shown below the country name.
Similarly, for checking your IP address, search in google; you will find numerous websites for online checking your IP address.
