WebRTC options in advanced settings & the extension.

At the bottom I also have a question about the control extension that's is available.

Is there a basic explanation somewhere of what this section is in the advanced settings, and what the 4 options mean? I am not much of a computer person but I noticed mine is set to the last option and it says 'recommended' next to the 1st option. I hadn't changed it but wanted to understand what all this means before I did. I've looked through the Opera help menu and tried to research it on line but realized it's beyond my level of understanding.

Then there is the WebRTC Control extension you can get for various browsers. Is it essential? I use Opera, Chrome and Safari. Is it needed more with some browsers than others? Is this not sometjing that can be built into the software that runs the browser app?

@gregsd WebrTC is not an Opera feature, so maybe that's why you don't see it listed in help page.

You can find more info on it in Wikipedia and in the project's official page.
