FB messenger sidebar can't call

I have just bought a new Mac and installed Opera. The FB messenger on the sidebar can't make call. A blank popup appears. That is all. This happens on my Windows computer as well. What can I do?

@timothytu What is the behavior if you open it in a regular tab?

Thanks for the reply.

A blank page pops up. That is all.

Then I disable all the extensions and the problem goes away. So I am trying to figure out which extension causes the problem.
