@helloyou2016 If the site doesn't allow autofill, Opera will not ask to save password as far as I know.

@leocg Its been saving my password on that site for months. Suddenly it stops. Just logged in today (my password list is empty because probably of something I cleaned with CCleaner) and it didn't offer to save it. It didn't offer to save on other sites as well.

@leocg So it says the profile directory is:
C:\Users\me\AppData\Roaming\Opera Software\Opera Stable
But in the Opera Stable folder there are many other files and folders, none titled Profile. ??? -

@helloyou2016 That Opera Stable folder is the profile directory. Rename it so that a new one will be created.

@leocg I wonder if CCleaner is known for messing up programs? Maybe I should keep it in the OS only.

@leocg But now Hangouts isn't working. It loads, I allow the microphone and notifications, reload the page, enter a number and it dials then the dialer disappears like what happens when the number is out of service. I try other numbers - the same. I try Hangouts in another Chrome based browser (antiquated Iron which hasn't been updated in years) and it works fine.
My sad saga continues.....

@helloyou2016 It wouldn't be the first time I see it associated with problems.

@helloyou2016 Well, it's a different issue, to be disabled in a different place.
