Where's The Offline Installer?

I'm in my 60s and have 26 yrs I.T. experience starting as an M.C.S.E under Windows NT, You name it and I've probably done it in I.T..
I'm a tad bit tired of Server Side installs. They are not convenient, oh they may seem convenient to the inexperienced. But to the experienced they aren't.
Where can I download the full offline installer...what we with experience used to call the "standalone installer".
