Keyboard shortcut stopped working

Hi, I've been using Opera for a few years and CTRL+T (new tab), CTRL+R (reload) always worked. Just a few days ago it suddenly stopped working and I don't know how to fix it. I use them quite a lot and it's very limiting.

CTRL+W (close tab) works..

What's weird is that on Google Chrome it doesn't work as well so I thought it would be a keyboard-issue. I tried to change keyboards and it didn't work as well (I even tried to use Windows on-screen keyboard).

Do you guys have any idea what it could be? Thanks!
