How can i add futures of old version opera ( like 12.16) in the new version of opera ( 18.10 ) ;

To achieve functionality similar to Notes, you will need an Opera/Chrome extension. It's no longer part of the basic browser.
It's unclear what you mean by "Log In"...

The "Log In" is a future that you can log any site/forum very quickly . That's shortcut is ctrl+Enter

When you go to a page with a login/password fields, Opera will ask if you want that data to be remembered ; if you say yes then the next time you go to the same pae, the login and password fields will be automatically filled.
