How Do I Add Space at the Top of Reply Emails?

When I reply to emails, there's no extra space on top of the email. I usually got to press 'enter' several times to add space. It gets annoying. How can I add extra space at the top of reply emails?

I forgot to mention that I got Opera 12.16. I need to know what file I need to modify to make this happen.

The file is accounts.ini in the mail folder. For each mail account, there will be a line that starts with "Reply=" ... add /n/n (that's the code for two newlines) just after the =
