[Solved] Launcher.exe problem

When I am trying to launch opera there is a message 'Windows cannot find C:\Users\ \ \Programs\Opera\Launcher.exe' Make sure you typed the name correctly and then try again.
How can I fix this?

I tried uninstall, then istall again but nothing...
Maybe it's windows problem, I encounter now the same problem to another app...
