Disable autoscroll

When i click on the middle mouse button a white circle with arrows appears and enables scrolling by moving the mouse.

Instead id like it to open a link in a new tab.

I would like autoscrolling to be gone but i couldn"t find any setting to kill it.

It already does both, you don't need to disable autoscroll to use open in background.
