Opera is limitating my download speed

So, i have a 25MB/S internet, with a 3MB/S download speed, but recently, Opera GX is downloading things at 300KB/S, can anyone help me fix that?

@l1nkeed VPN enabled by chance? Are you checking in several sites and in several times of the day?

Anyway, do you have a couple of examples where the problem happens? Did you teste also with other browsers?

I can screenshots some examples of it, and i didnt test with other browsers, since im only using Opera GX now. I dont have any antivirus as well.

@l1nkeed Don't need screenshots, just the addresses of a couple of pages from where you are downloading something and seeing the low speed.
Testing with other browsers is necessary to determine if it's not a site issue.

@l1nkeed OK, do you have the link to download any file there? By the way, those sites are (or used to be at least) known for limiting the download speed.

@l1nkeed If the address to the file is www.mediafire.com/something, you are downloading from Media Fire something that is in Media Fire.

Well, just provide some links so people can test it.

@l1nkeed I've checked a couple of them and the download speed was good and the the same that I got using Chrome.

@l1nkeed Then it's a site issue or a system or a network issue. Since others are having the same problem as you said, I guess it would be more of a site issue.
