Opera/chromium Exclusive audio mode

Heyall,
So I have been looking for a way, to get opera to run in an exclusive audio mode.
So far I have tried launching with the commands(By adding them to the end of the Target of a launch shortcut):
--enable-exclusive-audio
and also
--disable-audio-track-processing --audio-buffer-size=16 --enable-exclusive-audio

And also whilst using the flag #enable-webrtc-capture-multi-channel-audio-processing
I do not really understand that flag properly, but thought I would give it a go.Does anybody have any ideas on if Opera supports an exclusive audio mode?
I am running a Windows 10 Apps stripped build(For better performance and latency) and would like to get exclusive mode working for Netflix.Shuuuurly tis a ting, yaA?

Seems as though nobody has any idea about the topic.
Is there a way to forward this to the Devs?
