Is there any way to retrieve cleared downloads?

i clicked clear out of curiosity, and it was a big button so why not push it. and boom, all my downloads gone, no prompt telling me hey, are you sure you wanna delete your downloads? and they went poof. anyone know how i can get em back?

@operauser412512 The files you have downloaded will be wherever you have saved them. Your downloads list can't be recovered.
