the scroll bar has disappeared

Hello, the scroll bar from Opera Vers. 69.0.3686.77 has disappeared for some time.
Does anyone know how to make them visible again ??
At least Google didn't know it.

no, it is desappered allways, if needed or not

I just discovered the mistake. It has to do with reducing the size of the screen (top right rectangle). Matter thus settled.
