Opera GX is not working unless its on my desktop

Opera GX is not working if i put it in any folder at all, i have to have every file of it on my desktop or it will just say this

Strange, works fine here. You are moving the existing shortcut and not the program, yes? Just dragging it to the folder, or cut and paste, or ...?
