Tabs Getting Constantly Muted

I have 2 instances of Opera GX open on my 2 monitors, on one i have Youtube going in and on the second one i browse things like Reddit, however everytime i load in a new page on my second browser my Youtube tab gets muted, this only started happening today and im considering switching over to another browser because of it.

@leocg sorry for late response, but it happens on all the tabs, browsed mods on curseforge, muted. even here when i was logging in youtube got muted
