Is the Opera VPN for browser gone?

I've seen many people have the VPN Box disappear from the address bar, and that does not work anymore. I have also seen many articles say that Opera VPN has stopped its VPN service. Is it true that the VPN is gone?

@longhaoli Nope, VPN is still there. Maybe you have the problem mentioned at https://forums.opera.com/topic/41719/vpn-button-is-not-showing-only-a-dot?
