Access Denied when trying to sing-in

When I select from Opera menu "Turn on Synchronisation" I encounter error:

I have 2 MacBooks Pro (Mojave) and signing in works on 1 but it doesn't on 2nd. My VPN is off. Any ideas why it gets blocked?

@Tazovsky It work if you type auth.opera.com in address bar? How long the problem has been happening?

@leocg I installed older version
Opera_66.0.3515.36_Setup.dmg
and I can sing-in now.
