Opera Signing Out When Restarting Computer and After Computer Sleeps since Windows 10 Update 2004

Each time I start a new session, Opera signs me out of the browser and I have to log into it again. I did not experience this issue until I had installed Windows 10 update 2004 recently.

I am aware a similar problem exists for Chrome and that Google is working on an issue. Is this a problem with Chromium in general with this latest Windows update (or one of the other recent ones)?

I have the same problem after upgrade 20H2
