Websites do not displayed correctly

Good morning everyone,

I have a display issue. Some pages do not display correctly with my browser. Can someone figure this out for me ?

I have also tried with google chrome, IE and Edge and I have the same issue.
Here is the website I am talking about. You can also picture of my result in attachment.

There are some more. I didn't capture them at the time I saw them.

@kevin07 It seems that something is blocking access to some elements of the page. Try disabling antivirus and related software.

I don't have any antivirus or any software of the sort.

I did run a malware program (that don't install it self on my computer) But it did not solve the problem.

@kevin07 Maybe something else in your system, network and /or ISP.

Is your system up to date?

@leocg I updated my system recently but some update failed. Maybe it could be this.
