Changing my country of origin

I can't figure out how to change my country on opera--I open websites to shop and find I"m suddenly in the Ukraine, Ireland, France. Help, please! I'm in the US.

@missanne53 Is VPN enabled by chance? If so, then try disabling it.

@leocg how does one 'disable' VPN? My computer won't allow me to even know what my VPN is

@lorraine-armstrong If you have enabled it, you can disable it by clicking on the VPN icon at the address bar.
