Open tabs doesn't sync

When I synchronize my data between my computer and phone devices (android), the option of open tabs does not synchronize, it only does it at the beginning when I log in but if I close the web browser, when I open it again, it disappears and does not appear in the bar lateral either. I have rebooted, factory restored, re-sync and the same, only at first but then disappears. I do not know what else to do. Regards.
