How to disable TLS 1.0 and TLS 1.1?

There is no option neither in opera://settings/ nor in opera://flags/.

@opera-user-from-2002 As far as I know, you can't disable or enable it.
By the way, they should be disabled starting on Opera 70, according to Chromium road map.

This sounds strange, even IE allows to disable insecure protocols.
