change 'Add links to bookmarks' default location

is there a way to change the default bookmark location when you right click and select 'Add links to bookmarks'. i don't want to have to sort everything out in bookmark manager

@gtx00 If you use the heart icon in address bar, it remenbers the last used location. Maybe if you change it there, it will be valid for the menu also.

@leocg that didn't work. 'Add links to bookmarks' just keeps sending it to the Bookmark Bar
