Synchronize all Opera data, settings, passwords from old computer to new one

How can I synchronise all data from Opera to a new computer?
Does anyone know this.

Hi,
be careful with opera sync. I got two pc, first with a lot of open tabs, second empty.
After sync complete both are empty. Thank You Opera!
