The theme is a zip file, which contains the setup (INI) file, a couple of JPEG image files, and a short video clip in the WEBM format. If you install it then go look in the themes folder in your profile, you can look for yourself.

I appeal to the author. the work is excellent, but there is a flaw. a request to loop the video so that it doesn't break. is there such a possibility?
