Opera having trouble loading streams

Basically as the title says. Been having trouble watching live streams smoothly- Mainly using Picarto tv but also with Twitch tv to a lesser extent. If I use Opera the Twitch tv chat will spazz out too, disconnecting a ton. Could use some help to figure it out.
