right-click menu on the Opera TaskBar icon

I run Windows 8.l 64-bit with the Start8 application by StarDock.
Upon a mouse right-click on the taskbar Opera icon one of my computers shows sections: "Speed Dial", "Tasks", and the two menu items: "Opera" and "Unpin this program from the taskbar". The second computer shows only the two menu items.
How to fix the problem with the second computer?

When Opera is not running, the "Close window" (or "Close all windows") menu item is visible at the bottom of the right-click menu on the Opera icon on the taskbar. Including my friends computer, there are three variation of the menu (from top to bottom):
1
Speed Dial (lists shortcuts on Speed Dial)
Tasks (New tab, New window, New private window)
Opera, Unpin the program from taskbarSpeed Dial (lists shortcuts on Speed Dial)
Tasks (New tab, New window, New private window) all these links are broken
Opera, Unpin the program from taskbarOpera, Unpin the program from taskbar (Speed dial and Tasks not displayed)

OK - the only solution that I found is to uninstall Opera deleting all the Opera user data.
