retrieving a speed dial link

I have accidentally sent a speed dial link to the bin How can I retrieve it there is no link on the menu

Go to menu > Bookmarks > Bookmarks to open Manage bookmarks, or click the link at the bottom of the Bookmarks panel. Then scroll to the bottom to find Trash,
