[Implemented-Developer]Allow more than 5 workspaces

I'm on Opera GX 85, but still limited to 5 workspaces. Trying to add more just renames one of the existing ones, as reported by @pumkin54 and @dante003.

@antiqueantelope Just tested in LVL3 (core: 85.0.4341.72), I was able to create 6 workspaces.

@sgunhouse I went digging deeper in the options menu to try to find a way to check/restore functionality without re-installing or clearing profile data.
Somehow, turning on the "background music" feature, seemingly completely unrelated, has fixed this for me. Not sure if toggling this also checks/updates some other stuff in the code, but others still stuck on 5 workspaces may try this.

Sorry for the double-post, looks like the "edit" period for my previous reply has expired.
I'm back with another update, on a different computer but with the same Opera GX version and account.
So, as expected, the workspaces I added a few hours ago on the other computer is automatically here (so >5 workspaces). However, trying to add more on this computer reverts back to the behaviour of replacing/renaming existing workspaces.
So I went to check the Music/Player functionality deep in general settings again, and it's already enabled (it looks like settings sync up very well on Opera ). So I toggled it to "Disabled" this time, and tried to add more workspaces again immediately (without any browser restarts etc).
And bam, it's behaving as intended again.
But I've grown to like the Music/Player sidebar thingy over the past few hours, so I turned it back on, and adding workspaces still behaves correctly.
So now it's confirmed that toggling the Music/Player functionality is one reproducible way to fix this bug regardless of whether it starts or ends on "On" or "Off", and does not require any restarts.
Hopefully devs can poke into this to find out the actual interaction to be addressed.

Just in case someone else ends up here from a google search, I can verify that this behavior of being limited to 5 workspaces is still a problem. However, @AntiqueAntelope 's fix of digging into the settings, finding the sidebar player toggle and flipping it will solve your problem.
Specifically, here are the steps:
- Open your preferences
- Search for "Enable Player"
- This should pull up only the toggle you need.
- Switch it "OFF"!
4.5 IF the toggle is already off, toggle it "ON" and then "OFF" again! - Add a new workspace and it should appear and stick like it should.
Fixed!

Re: [Implemented-Developer]Allow more than 5 workspaces
Since it took me multiple searches and time to arrive at the workaround for this particular bug, thought I'd make a separate post for you, user from the future.
Summary of the bug: When you try to create a 6th workspace on Opera's desktop browser, it renames one of the 5 existing workspaces instead of creating a new one.
Workaround: Right-click Player (the Special Feature that lets you listen to YouTube Music / Spotify / etc., in the sidebar itself), then select Hide Player. Now try creating the 6th workspace. Should work.
I am on Opera version 97.0.4719.63, and can confirm that:
- I was unable to create a 6th workspace until I hid Player.
- After creating the workspace, I re-enabled Player, and the 6th workspace persisted.
Hope this is useful.

@ruaine83 I have no issues for what it's worth. I can create all 24 workspaces no problem. Tested in Opera One 110.0.5130.39 64-bit on Windows 11 23H2.

@pattarachart I just created an extra 22 (to make 24 total) workspaces no problem in Opera 113.0.5230.86 64-bit on Windows 11 23H2.
