Supporting Of Smileys

As Instagram have enabled their DM service in Computers. The Browser should support Smileys which is unavoidable now a days. the users from android sent us smileys but now we are unable to completely recognize the smileys, the browser should support smileys as in their original form and also there must be built in smileys which we can use in chats and comment section.

The browser supports emoji, as you see.

@sreenath this is not an issue for macOS. you should specify your operating system.
