Adblocker in Incognito mode?

I'm getting redirects in Incognito mode that I don't get in normal mode, Does the built-in adblocker work at the same level in Incognito mode?

It's definitely the adblocker. I've tested disabling the adblocker for that website in normal mode and the same redirect appears. Enabling the adblocker, it'a gone.
In Incognito mode with adblocker enabled, I get the redirect. Not everything gets blocked in Incognito mode, for some reason.
