[Solved]Always re-enter passwords after restart

Recently I have had to re-enter my passwords every time I restart Opera. Every time e.g. Twitter writes that I have registered a "new device".
How can I change it so that it works as before and I don't have to enter my logins every time?

@luximan Are you blocking cookies or removing them on exit by chance?
