Is it possible :
Filter by Subject line Keyword
Then filter by in the previous 10 days ad before.

put those incoming email into a specific labels

Want to put them as a keyboard command

Keywords, sure. Last 10 days - I doubt it. Since "last 10 days" varies depending on the current date, it is a different sort of thing than a simple matching rule. But "subject contains keyword" is simple.
