Please help me with my missing passwords

Hi, well my previous HDD start to failure and become inaccessible , after some time I was able to recover the info of the HDD with a recover service, and I´ve install opera again , use the same profile folder and recover almost all.....but my passwords disappeared. I´ve read than passwords are encrypted with data from the os , in my case it´s same machine (only the HDD is new), I have install same OS, windows without login password, but still no passwords , there are no way to recover my passwords ???? I lost this all my data stored in years ?????

@paul2019 Saved passwords are encrypted using your OS login credentials, so you can't use them in another computer or with another user in the same computer.
If you have enabled sync - and have selected the password sync option - in the old installation, then just login in the new one and you may get your passwords back. Other wise, I'm afraid you may be out of luck.
