How do I make Opera understand that I am using it so it can stop suggesting me to start downloading it and using it???

Seems to be more or less randomly when I'm using the browser. It's a little annoying but if need be I can live with it

@kgfredriksson Do You see it in Opera's pages? Or in any page?
And what exactly do you see?

@leocg I see it when using Opera and it is like an advert with links to download and install. It needs scrolling down a couple of screens to see it all. I am sure it's a real Opera thing, not fake..

@kgfredriksson Do you have a screenshot? Are you using any extension to change the user agent?

I'll make a screenshot next time it happens. Could it possibly be caused by the VPN hiding my IP address. I do hope it's not what we used to call the "50 cm problem" (Which ment that the problem was located 50 cm from the screen..)

Have you install Opera as "Stand-alone installation (USB)" or "regular"?
