I get the error "localStorage quota exceeded", even though that site only uses like 5mb of local storage(from how i interpret the numbers in the settings)
Everything i found googling are some old posts telling me to go to opera://config/#PersistentStorage|DomainQuotaForlocalStorage, and that doesn't work, i just get send to the normal setting. I don't seem to find any option about persistent Storage.Does anyone know how i can increase it globally or preferably per Domain?

@jort93z There isn't an Opera Next since about six years ago, so I believe you are talking about Opera Beta.
There isn't a setting to control local storage in current versions of Opera, that one you've found is for a very old version of Opera, still based on Presto engine. -

@leocg So there is no way to increase it? That is unfortunate.
Yes, beta, sorry

5mb
That's the limit. The site needs to use IndexedDB to store more (50MB limit I think). There's https://peter.sh/experiments/chromium-command-line-switches/#unlimited-storage for Chrome apps, but it doesn't apply to localStorage.
