extensions page ,opera websites don't work without VPN

when press Get extension or Help >> report an issue ,, tap starts loading then "
This site can’t be reached" appears

@Eslaam If they work when VPN is used, then they are being blocked. You need to try to find out what or who is blocking it.

@leocg firewall and avast are disabled and the problem still exist..

@Eslaam Maybe your internet provider is blocking it? Or maybe your router?
