[Solved]current Operasetup.exe will not run no matter what!

I've tried downloading operasetup.exe from four different site, on two different computers...but it will not do anything when I try to run it. Checking Task Manager (WinXP), when I try to run this file, shows no sign of any new activity or new process. It's as if this setup file is completely dead.

I've run an older version of Opera (v36) without any problem, but couldn't find an upgrade path from within this older version.

Could someone help me troubleshoot this problem, or show me a site where I can download a complete standalone setup file.

@jbclem Opera 36 is the last version with support for XP/Vista

@leocg Thanks for answering...I thought I'd read that Opera was still supporting XP, but I guess I was wrong.
