Something unexpected went wrong with this URL

When I click on a link in a mail, I get this error message:
"Something unexpected went wrong with this URL"

The error is valid for all emails and url.

This error is only valid for Opera.
If I set Google Crome, Microsoft Edge or Opera GX as preffered web browser, clicking on links in mails works.

I have an Office 365 private licence and use Outlook as my email app.
I have uninstalled Opera and downloaded and installed latest version of Opera (67.0.3575.97)

Anybody have a solution for this?

@tvetmsve Did you allow Outlook to open links in Opera?
