Is it possible to add a resume button to the download history page to resume a download when the download fails or crashers?

When you restart the browser after a crash there is no resume button. If you cancel also and later want to resume there is no resume button with the partial download. Some download errors or corruptions also no resume button appears when the download ends prematurely.

@sirinath Maybe because there is no way to resume them?

The download manages to have the option to resume. Only if the server does not let you start a partial download you cannot resume.
