Can I export passwords to the html file in Opera and then export passwords from the html file?

You export passwords to a Chromium-based password CSV file. Goto the URL opera://settings/passwords, click the kebab menu (3 vertical dots) to the right of "Saved passwords" and export. You can then view the file with a text editor or import it into another Chromium-based browser.

I have only Export. And how then to import back, after a clean installation? I do not see the Import item.
