Opera Developer Build does not show links from synchronised Machines?

Just installed the Opera Developer Build 68.0.3616.0
I am missing in the top right corner the pulldown menu for my synchronised machines.
instead of this, there is an spyglass, which not contains any of my machines. only the links of my local machine are visible.
any chance to change this?

@ironblader Side bar icon is kinda erratic, it shows up when it wants.
