How does the Opera version correspond to Chrome versions?

For example the current Opera v. 67.0.3575.31 corresponds to what version of Chrome? Why? This: https://www.zdnet.com/article/chrome-80-update-cripples-top-cybercrime-marketplace/ Is there a way to tell that for future reference?
