how to make msn the default search engine

My default search engine has always been msn.com recently after having internet trouble and resetting opera I have been unable to make msn my default search engine. Does anyone know how to do it. I want that to be the default in the search bar on the start page not google and also the default search engine.

@winnee If msn.com is among the pre-configured search engines, then you can set it as the default one for when you search on the address bar.
Search engine used in start page can't be changed.

no msn is not one of the pre-configured choices. Maybe opera will change that in the future. I used to be able to choose it
