Warning that Opera is out of date - but it isn't

I am concerned about a pop up warning that appeared when browsing today. It has the Opera logo within it so appears to be genuine, but I do not trust it. All updates are supposed to be through the play store.
Opera is up to date according to the play store. The app reports the current version
Is this just an unacceptable ad for some other browser, or is there something weird going on?

@usersince2006 It seems to be from that site you are visiting. Report the problem to its authors so they can fix it.
